Robert L. Saldutti, Esq. is principal of Saldutti Law Group, a leading creditor and debt collection law firm based in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. As a debt collection attorney, Saldutti represents a variety of national creditors including financial institutions, leasing and commercial enterprises and has extensive experience in forensic investigations.

A graduate of Villanova University, Saldutti was commissioned in the United States Navy through the Navy ROTC program. Upon completion of his military service, Mr. Saldutti attended the Widener University School of Law. He is a member of the New Jersey Bar and the Pennsylvania Bar as well as the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, U.S. District Court of New Jersey, and the Eastern and Middle Districts of the Federal District Court of Pennsylvania.

Saldutti is an active member of the Commercial Law League of America (CLLA) – Creditors’ Rights Division, the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys (NARCA) and the Certified Fraud Examiner Association of Philadelphia. He currently serves on the Boards of the Armed Services Committee of the Union League of Philadelphia, the Augustinian Provincial of North America and the Christ the King Foundation, Inc
