Rebecca K. McDowell, Esq. is an established Bankruptcy and Creditor law practitioner. She has represented creditors and debtors in Chapters 7, 11 and 13 cases. Additionally, Rebecca has represented creditors, debtors and Chapter 7 trustees in both business and consumer Chapter 7 cases. A graduate of Albion College, she earned her B.A. in English. Rebecca continued her education at Wayne State University Law School in Detroit, MI, where she obtained her J.D. in 2006. She has written numerous articles on bankruptcy and the law of debtors and creditors for various legal information websites.

Rebecca is admitted in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Michigan; she is also admitted in the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the District of New Jersey, the Eastern District of Michigan, and the Western District of Texas.
