Bio:

Michael Hagner practices in commercial litigation, creditor rights, bankruptcy and civil litigation. He is a graduate of the University of Connecticut, Michael earned his B.S. in Resource Economics and a Minor Degree in German Foreign Language. He continued his education at Rutgers Law School, where he received his J.D. in 2017.

Following law school, Michael served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable John T. Kelley, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey. Michael is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey, in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Michael is presently an active member of the Risk Management Association, Pennsylvania Creditors Association and the Camden County Bar Association.
