Bio:

Brian J. Schaffer specializes in bankruptcy and commercial litigation. Mr. Schaffer began his law career as an associate with White and Williams LLP in Philadelphia where he represented clients in both state and federal courts in a multi-state litigation practice. Mr. Schaffer continued his career at Dembo & Saldutti, LLP where he focused his litigation practice to include title insurance defense, bankruptcy, and expanded areas of commercial litigation.

As a creditors’ rights and debt collection attorney, Mr. Schaffer represents a variety of creditors including large financial institutions, asset purchase entities and numerous leasing and commercial enterprises throughout the country. He is a graduate of Rutgers University and Rutgers Law School, Camden, and is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
