Bio:

Andrew P. Chigounis, Esq. handles business transactional law and commercial litigation for Saldutti Law Group and brings valuable experience and perspective to his role. Prior to joining the firm, Andrew served as an associate with LaVan Law where his clients included mid-sized and large-scale businesses. He represented numerous business owners in breach of contract, collections and tort matters, and equitable matters seeking injunctive relief.

Andrew’s practice includes extensive contract work as well as negotiating and drafting a variety of business governing documents, including shareholder agreements, bylaws, operating agreements and corporate resolutions.

A graduate of Rutgers University, he earned his B.S. in Marketing/Marketing Management. Andrew continued his education at Widener University School of Law, where he obtained his J.D. in 2011. Andrew is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Andrew is an active member of the Moorestown Business Association as well as the Burlington County and Camden County Bar Associations.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid sports enthusiast.
