Robert L. Saldutti, Esq. is principal of Saldutti Law Group, a leading creditor and collection law firm based in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Saldutti represents a variety of national creditors including financial institutions, leasing and commercial enterprises and has extensive experience in forensic investigations. A graduate of Villanova University, Saldutti was commissioned in the United States Navy through the Navy ROTC program. A graduate of the University of Virginia, Tom received a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Psychology. In addition to being a member of the Dean’s List and National Society of Collegiate Scholars, Tom studied abroad at the University of Valencia, Spain, where he furthered his proficiency of the Spanish language. He continued his education at Rutgers University School of Law where he was a recipient of Dean’s Scholarship Fund and served as Articles Editor for the Rutgers Law Journal. During his time at Rutgers, Tom worked with both the Honorable Pamela Dembe, First Judicial District of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia as well as the Rutgers-Camden School of Law Civil Practice Clinic. Prior to joining the firm, Andrew served as an associate with LaVan Law where his clients included mid-sized and large-scale businesses. He represented numerous business owners in breach of contract, collections and tort matters, and equitable matters seeking injunctive relief. Andrew’s practice includes extensive contract work as well as negotiating and drafting a variety of business governing documents including shareholder agreements, bylaws, operating agreements and corporate resolutions.

He continued his education at Villanova University’s Charles Widger School of Law, where he received his J.D. in 2017. While at Villanova, William served as Managing Editor and staff writer for the Jeffrey S. Moorad Sports Law Journal. His published works include Blocking Home: Major League Baseball Settles Blackout Restriction Case, However, A Collision with Antitrust Laws is Still Inevitable.
Prior to joining Saldutti Law Group as an attorney, William worked as a Student Attorney at the Villanova Federal Tax Clinic and as a Law Clerk for the firm, where he performed extensive research investigation in the areas of bankruptcy, creditors’ rights and fraud. He also obtained a judicial externship serving the Honorable Rayford A. Means of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. In addition, William worked in the Credit Administration department of Beneficial Savings Bank, managing credit files, collaborating with lenders and auditors, and analyzing legal documents.
